Common queries answered

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and method of delivery. Orders are generally shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Should the item(s) you have ordered be out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you.  Please note on Canadian holidays shipping will be scheduled for the next business day.

Please contact us at info@guamcanada.ca should you require any changes to your shipping address.  We will do our best to accommodate any changes if made within a reasonable time period and items have not been delivered.

Once you order is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if this email does not arrive to you in a timely manner, otherwise feel free to contact us at info@guamcanada.ca

Please contact us at info@guamcanada.ca immediately should you require to make any changes to your order or address that were made in error.  We will do our best to make all corrections before your package is shipped.  However please note shipments are usually shipped 24 hours after your orders is placed.

Once payment has been processed we are not able to alter your order. If you forgot to add an item feel free to place a second order.  Along with the second order add a note indicating your first order number and to request shipping for both orders be made together.  We will do our best to ship the orders together but we cannot guarantee this. If you ordered something you did not intend to please send an email to info@guamcanada.ca as soon as possible.
