Guam Returns and Exchange Policy
What is your returns and exchange policy?
All returns must be authorized by GuamCanada prior to return within 30 days of the purchase date. The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Marked, opened or dated product will not be accepted back for credit. In the event of a shipping discrepancy or damaged product, please contact GuamCanada at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a credit.
I received the wrong item
In the event of a shipping discrepancy please contact GuamCanada at firstname.lastname@example.org with 48 hours of receipt of your order to receive a credit. The items returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
My order arrived damaged
We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Can I change or cancel an order after I’ve submitted it?
Once payment has been processed we are not able to alter your order. If you forgot to add an item feel free to place a second order. Along with the second order add a note indicating your first order number and to request shipping for both orders be made together. We will do our best to ship the orders together but we cannot guarantee this. If you ordered something you did not intend to please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible.
